Trish is a powerhouse in the hair industry, equal parts mentor, educator, businesswoman, and curl-obsessed creative.

Over the years, she’s built four thriving salons from the ground up, leading large teams, guiding apprentices, and championing curly hair specialists, all while raising two beautiful children (and two cheeky sausage dogs).

After hitting burnout, Trish stepped back to reset and reflect. But instead of walking away, she came back stronger, with a new mission: to inspire and educate others so they don’t have to walk the same rocky road. Her passion now lies in building people up, creating sustainable success, and showing stylists how to thrive without sacrificing their wellbeing.

Her down-to-earth, no-BS approach is a breath of fresh hair, and her energy is seriously contagious. Whether she’s teaching curly cutting techniques, empowering a new apprentice, or lighting up a stage, Trish brings honesty, humour, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does.
